Try STRYN in your real routine for 60 days. If it isn't right for you, send it back and we'll refund the full price you paid for it.

What's covered

• 60 days: you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
• Used devices are welcome: you can return your STRYN even after using it. Please send it back with its charging base and cable.
• Floss heads: for hygiene reasons, only unopened packs of floss heads can be returned.
• Free gift: you can keep any free gift that came with your order.
• Return shipping: the cost of sending your return back to us is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

1. Write to us through our contact page with your order number, within 60 days of delivery.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
3. When your return arrives, we refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll help you right away.

Warranty
